SMg120-130 ride-on scrubbing machine is suitable for the routine and deep-down cleaning of surfaces up to 20,000 sq.m.
The resource-optimising systems (FSS, FWF, FES and FNC) ensure increased autonomy, less waste, reduced consumption and improved cleaning performance.
Thanks to their large-capacity tanks, the new squeegee support that ensures perfect drying (even around curves), and the brush head that can moved up to 15cm sideways to clean under shelving, SMg120-130 models are extremely productive and efficient.
They are available in a brushing version (SMg120) with two 61cm brushes,
and a brushing-sweeping version (SMg130) with a debris hopper, two 21x100cm cylindrical brushes, and two 45cm lateral disc brushes, and are equipped with a next generation motorwheel for high-speed washing operations.

In addition to the side brushes, SMg130 (the version with a brushing-sweeping brush head made of stainless steel) also has two cylindrical brushes for collecting even small solid residue and conveying it into the debris hopper.
At the end of the cleaning operations, the debris hopper can be easily emptied by removing it from the side.

Thanks to the development of a driver-friendly instrument panel, with all the controls on hand, there is
no need for specific operator training in order to use the machine.
All the operator has to do is:

3. Regulate the detergent solution and the pressure on the brush head (according to the type of dirt to be removed).

With the new Fimap dosing system (FSS - Fimap Solution Saver), during normal maintenance cleaning you can obtain water and detergent SAVINGS OF UP TO 50%. This means a notable increase in machine productivity, as twice the surface area can be washed using the same amount of water.
The new FWF (Fimap Water Flow) system guarantees the constantly uniform distribution of the detergent solution on both brushes, thus ensuring uniform cleaning.
