FS80-90-110

The FS80-90-110 models are the most compact sweeping machines in their class. They are designed with a box frame, constructed around a compact central brush.

This allows FS80-90-110 to be used for cleaning large surfaces, as well as restricted or cluttered passageways. They are ideal for easily collecting solid debris and light dust on surfaces of up to 30,000 sq.m.

The FS80-90-110 models are available with central brushes of three different widths:

80, 90 and 110cm. There are battery versions (FS80-90-110 B), along with versions with a combustion diesel engine (FS80-90-110 D) or a bi-fuel combustion engine (only for FS110).

The fabric pocket filter, with its ample filter surface area of 7 sq.m. (FS80) or 8 sq.m. (FS90-110), is long-lasting and ensures excellent vacuum results, even in environments with a high concentration of fine dust.

FIMAP NO DUST-LIFTING SYSTEM

The vacuumed air is discharged through the grilles, located high-up on the back of the machine. This means that none of the dust that has settled on the surfaces around the machine will be raised, thus ensuring excellent cleaning results.

The FS80-90-110 models are equipped with an innovative instrument panel inspired by the automobile industry, ensuring the real-time display of all the functions.

The innovative steering wheel has been designed for user-friendly driving. The instrument panel offers an electrical filter shaker (directly commanded by means of a button) for keeping the vacuum pocket filter constantly clean.

The innovative hydraulic system is designed to increase performance and reduce energy consumption by up to 35% compared with the previous model. This means improved machine autonomy - up to 4 hours (FS90 B-FS 110 B version).

Designed to keep the investment value high over time

The FS80-90-110 sweeping machines are designed to guarantee easy access to the motor compartment (for the diesel version) and the battery compartment (for the battery version).

This means all kinds of maintenance and special maintenance can be carried out on the machine with the maximum ease. For instance, it is extremely easy to check the oil or change the filters on the motorised version.

In the B version, the box housing the electrical devices is located in a central position so they can be quickly and easily inspected, along with the battery fluid levels.

A battery case with a capacity of up to 480 Ah C5 (B-FS90 FS110 B version) can be installed.

The fabric pocket filter, with its wide filtering surface of 7 sq.m. (FS80) or 8 sq.m. (FS90-FS110), has a long service life and, thanks to the powerful filter shaker, produces exceptional vacuum results even in places where large quantities of fine dusts are present.

The frontal dirt collection container has a capacity of:

190/360 litres (FS80) - 220/400 litres (FS90) - 270/480 litres (FS110). It is raised by a 2-piston hydraulic system, operated by a handy control on the driving position. The vacuum is activated by a hydraulic motor, and the discharge height can be up to 1.4m

The filter can be easily removed for inspection or replacement operations, with no need for tools. No maintenance is required thanks to the regular use of the electrical filter shaker.

The central brush is of a floating type, and it self-adjusts to keep in contact with the ground at all times

The pressure and the height adjustment of the central brush can be easily controlled using the knob near the brush itself. The height of the brush can be easily adjusted on the basis of the degree of wear. This ensures a longer brush service life
